Quixotic views

I'd like to see myself as an idealist, hence the title for my blog. Although the title may seem serious, it's just an ordinary persons' attempt to share ones' view of the world, from the trivial to the mundane. Hopefully future historians would be able to see this and get a snapshot of my part of the world and get a glimpse of what its like to live during this interesting times. Although an idealist is what i'd like to see myself, Iv'e had my share of encounters with windmills to know what is practical and what is not. But deep in my heart of hearts, i still harbor idealistic dreams for myself, my family and my country. Wow so serious no? .. Anyway I haven't mentioned that I cook, not in a chefy way, but I still think it's good enough to make my immediate family salivate. So one of my regular ventilations would be about cuisine that iv'e encountered along the way. And I also truly enjoy going out of town with my family so i hope to share my insights on the various places that we go to here in our family. Anyways, just come join me as we pass through this world together!
